Tips to Keep Hairs Healthy and Increase Volume of Growth
Its one of the most common issue with males and females that keeps them worrying for their Hair fall and split ends. Today we will discuss about this issue and share Tips to Keep Hairs Healthy and Increase Volume of Growth
First and foremost thing one should do is wash your hairs twice in a week with gentle and suitable shampoo.
Many people suggest to do oiling your hairs before 2 hrs of washing.. I am not completely agreed with that option because in 2 hrs oil will not get absorbed completely in scalps. So better massage with oil it can be any that you use – coconut oil or coconut aloevera oil or almond oil or areetha aamla oil.
i would suggest to use a bit warm oil to massage because it reliefs the cells of our scalps and that promotes the growth.
you need not have to do a harsh champi, just mild gentle and tendering finger message in circular moves.
Always wash your hairs with lukewarm water because washing hairs with cold water does not only make your dry but also does not active the growth promoting cells of scalps. So always use lukewarm water for hair wash in all seasons.
If you are able to get neem leafs easily use that too. You can add few leaves of neem in water that you are going to keep for boiling or heating. Neem keeps dandruff away and boosts the health of hairs. Not more than 6 – 7 leaves.
Eat coconut or use Coconut Oil. It has the vitamins that helps nourishing your scalp and penetrates the cuticle of the hair. Coconut oil is a natural way to help your hair grow longer, thicker, and faster.
After shampoo you can use nice conditioner for your hairs. Also make sure you don’t use comb immediately after hair wash as using comb on wet scalp increase hair fall. Let your hairs get dry naturally.
Don’t keep on changing shampoo or conditioner in very short span of time. change once in six months.
