Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions that follow.
Clean surroundings are essential for healthy living. When streets, markets and homes are kept clean, the risk of diseases is reduced. Proper waste disposal also prevents blocked drains and unpleasant smells.
Keeping the environment clean is not the responsibility of government alone. Individuals, families, schools and businesses all have important roles to play. People should avoid throwing rubbish on the streets and should dispose of waste in appropriate places.
Schools can help by teaching students good environmental habits. Students can organize clean-up activities and encourage their friends to keep classrooms and playgrounds clean. Small actions performed regularly can make a significant difference to the community.

Teamwork is important because many tasks are easier when people work together. In a team, members can combine their different skills and ideas. One person may have a strength that another person does not have, making the group more effective.
Successful teamwork requires communication. Team members need to share information clearly and listen to one another. They should also respect different opinions and be willing to compromise when necessary.
Every member of a team should contribute to the common goal. A person who refuses to cooperate can make the work difficult for everyone. Therefore, responsibility, trust and cooperation are essential for effective teamwork.
