Thanks to Mr. Punit Dutta, he has found a very eco-friendly and 100% natural way to produce disposable cutlery in place of Plastic or thermacol cutlery. He is making kitchen and tableware cutlery which are made from wheat flour and jaggery.

Yes you are reading it right, Mr. Punit Dutta has started Attaware which is a social entrepreneurship firm,  a very great initiative, of making edible tableware or say plates, cups, spoons, glasses which we can use to eat in it and after that either we can eat them or throw it for animals to eat it. Both way win win situation. No pollution to land, water or animals.

The key ingredient of their tableware is Wheat Flour. The Flour is then processed as per industry standards and the final product is treated under high temperatures to produce high-quality edible cutlery which is 100% natural, biodegradable and easily disposable.
