Never do these things after eating your meal

Aaaha…!! Food is what keeps us all up all the time.. But there are many things we do not bother to do before or after eating our food. So today we will discuss about don’t of after eating. Never do these things after eating your meal.

1. Do not take walk or Exercise/workout – as walking will slow down the food digestion process which will intern affect your metabolism. Take a walk after 30 – 45 mins of having your meal.
2. Say NO to Tea – Drinking tea will create acidity in as your food is of solid form which takes time to digest whereas tea in liquid
3. Sleeping
sleeping or Going to bed immediately or taking a short nap right after having a heavy eating can often cause various health issues like discomfort, gas, stomach pains, and bad sleep.
4. Smoking
Smoking is bad enough, but after a meal, it’s ten times more dangerous like the killer. The reason is that Cigarettes contain at least sixty substances that can cause cancer. Smoking particularly affects the irritation of the intestines. The digestive system works on and for the entire body, and nicotine or toxic products gets involved with oxygen in the blood, as it’s more easily absorbed. This increases the risk of bowel and lung cancer.
5. Taking Bath
Yes, shocking but true.. having a shower after meal is really a bad idea. Normally when we have food the blood from the legs and hands move upwards to the digestive system
and while taking shower, our blood runs to our hands and legs meaning that there is less blood flow to our stomach, leading to incapacity of the body to absorb the necessary ingredients. If you take a bath after eating, the blood flow goes to hands, legs, and body. So, the flow of blood will reduced near the stomach area, thereby weakening the digestive system and slowing down the digestion.
6. Eating fruits – is not at all bad idea but after a heavy meal, it is for sure. The stomach can not easily digest the fruits immediately after the meal as its already working hard to digest your meal. You can take after 30 minutes so by the time your stomach has finally digested your meal and can avail the nutrients of fruit.
